Calendar & Schedule

_____ Calendar and Schedule |The tuition rates are determined based on a calendar of weekly private lessons. There are three 4-month semesters each year. Fall Semester runs September-December, Spring Semester runs January-April, and Summer Semester runs May-August. I will not be teaching during the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, the week prior to Christmas, and I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons (with advanced notice).

_____ Makeup Lessons | Makeup lessons cannot be guaranteed. However, if an absence arises due to unforeseen situations such as an accident or family emergency and if the student indicates a desire for a makeup lesson, I will make an effort to accommodate a makeup. Please be courteous to me, and also to fellow students by notifying me at least 24 hours in advance regarding any known upcoming absences.

_____ Summer Months | During the summer months, lessons are optional and schedule will be less structured to allow for family time and travel time. Should students elect to continue lessons during the summer months, schedule will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
